Phua Chu Kang & Phua Chu Beng in Kuching

Hahaha... Had been very busy and occupied for the past 2 weeks. I had not been out for ages and last night i was suddenly very urged to party!! All because of the word--STRESS.
After partying with the girls at Pavillion @ Travillion, we were exhausted and headed over to The Junk. Thanks to Ryan Parker for the suggestions!!
That's where i met Mr. Gurmit Singh @ Phua Chu Kang, and also Piere Png @ Phua Chu Beng.
LOL.... Never in my life i would have a chance to meet them!!???
I should go and buy Toto or 4 D actually!! At first we were talking, and i only felt that this guys is very friendly. and Parker came over and said, "do you not know who is he??"
"Nope", i said while i shook my head.
" did you ever watch Phua Chu Kang?"
"OMG!!!! Awww... but, you looked so extremely different!! You're more handsome in real!! Very smooth and good skin, and looked so so much youner!!!"
"Oh course different lah!! The mole is missing!!"
"Hahaha.."

Look at him!! Isn't he look so much younger than the Phua Chu Kang?

Peace...... But in anger, so there is comparison between the 2 pictures, 1 with me smiling and another 1 showing anger!!

after i took these pictures with him, he asked why am i using SONY brand?? I said, this is my 4th Sony Digital Camera. I change a new camera almost every 1-2 years, when there is newer version, newer model, or with bigger mega pixels!! Yea, my next target is to get a SLR, he was so excited talking about cameras.. Haha, we have some common perception >> NIKON is better!! Lol..

Venedy came over all of a sudden and said, "Is he that Phua Chu Kang?" and when i just nodded, she screamed "Oh! I admire you!! Where is your boots??" LOL, and here she is... in the picture with PCK..
"Where is you wife- Rossy??" haha.. left her at home, only Phua Chu Beng is here with me..
"huh? where where??"

OMG... can't believe that i am in the middle of the famous Phua Chu Kang & Phua Chu Beng!

Happy & excited Venedy with Phua Chu Beng

I am so proud to be standing next to this "Eng Tao" & yet very humble & friendly
Pierre Png--or famously known as Phua Chua Kang's brother--Phua Chu Beng!!

I hope you have tried Kuching's Special's Sarawak Laksa this morning, and also all the nice and special food... Nice meeting you guys!!

Roger & Poh Joo's wedding

It was Roger & Poh Joo's wedding on 25th January 2010.
So i sacrifice my lunch and went for a hair wash and blow the curls.
I left the office at 5:00pm sharp and went to pick up my baby.

This is the welcoming Photo of Roger & Poh Joo at the entrace of the reception.

The little ones were waiting impatiently for the entre.

It was a very well-planned wedding reception, held at the Sarawak Club.
All the photos, videos, setups, the whole routine including the entree, etc showed how much efforts the newly wed had put in their planning.

Ah Boo who flew back from New Zealand

Righteous (who flew all the way from KK to Kuching) was busy serving the liquor to the guys for the Toss.

Here it is..."YAAAmmmMMM SENGGG!!!"

Halfway during the "Yam Seng", where they reached the bride's best friends' table. They were busy taking photos, one after another... At least more than 15 minutes the groom was idling around chit-chatting with his friends.

Finally, the bride is here... "Yammm Seng!!"

Well, the bride was pretty occupied by her friends, finally managed to grab a chance to take a shot with the newly wed couple before we left. It was Autumn's sleeping time.

Queue Up

Been thinking of continue blogging since ages ago.....
long before i had my little princess...
long before i was on my long holidays...
long before i continued with my career advancement... etc..
At least for a good start in 2010, i finally procrastinate no more....
Well, it's been quite a while since i last visited my parents and my little sister.
So, we went over and then headed to one of the biggest hypermarket nearby our place.
As usual on a Saturday night, it was really packed.
I was with dad queuing up at the counter and it was an extremely long queue.
We were finally standing in front of the counter but the promoter kept serving those people who cut queue from our backs.
Dad was very mad but remained silent.
The man behind dad finally voiced out and said they had been waiting for centuries!!
Well, their son was standing in front of the counter as well, holding the membership card and waiting for his turn.
It was so obvious.
Dad also joined in the complaint.
"Yea, we have been very disciplined, queuing up here, but you kept serving people who cut queue."
Just right after the promoter apologized and was still serving dad and the man next to him, someone was pushing from my left side trying to squeeze in, i was very giddy and in a bad mood so i told her, " Miss, please don't push me, k?"
Obviously she understood what i said in mandarin, but she just ignored and still trying to squeeze in, so i said louder, "yea! some people just don't understand the meaning of QUEUE-UP, and still pushing me from behind..."
Before i even finished my sentence, the rest of the people queuing up behind us voiced out, some scolding, and some complaining... Luckily, that woman wasn't that uncivilized at all, so she quietly, and shamefully went to the back and queue up.
Well...sometimes, you just need to voice out!!
Am i not right?
It then reminded me of our last trip to Singapore, everywhere you go, you can see long queue. Signboard with the words "QUEUE HERE" could be seen basically anywhere.
Hope some Malaysians can learn to be more civilized and disciplined...
