Body Massage at Golden Jade Reflexology

Got flu when i came back from Brunei, very tired and i could feel my whole body aching. Gossh! With all those unfinished works keep coming in, my chest-pain + ear-pain became worse. Stresssssss...

So, i decided to go for a massage last night while hubby agreed to look after Autumn.

Golden Jade Reflexology (养生堂) is just situated outside my house, i mean less than 1 minute's drive across the road.

I just love my housing area, it has everything.

24 hour Kopitiams- any time we can tapao burgers, satay, chicken wings, fried Kueh Tiaw, etc...

Laundry-easily send laundry (oh! I just recall my curtains and carpets are still there waiting for me to bring them home)

Bakery- can always buy bread, cake, or any of my favourite pastriees..

Sugarbun- i can call for take-away orders and pick up on the way home

Music Schools- can send my baby for piano lessons soon, and i can wait at home..

Reflexology centres, tuition schools, , kindergarten, IT shopping Mall, , Health/ Body Check, Lounge 2 (a pub), mini convenient Store, Kedai runcit, Car Wash, Work Shop, Cyber Cafe, etc...

Okay, i think i have elaborated toooo much already...

Back to my massage...

I always come here for full body massage, as i can feel the quality of their massage. Every morning, all the "Shi-fu" practise their Tai-Chi in order to keep themselves at the peak of health. When they massage you, they are using the correct energy.

This place looks very clean, healthy and also simple. No fancy decorations, colourful and dimmed lights, or sexy ladies serving you. I like this place, and it is safe to recommend your husbands to do massage here as well....

I realized that i have come here very frequently but never write anything about this place, neither did i ever take any pictures.. So, i started my cam-whoring....

i have taken off all my clothes, wear only the Sarong provided (of course still wearing my undies lah!)

Now, lie down and put your face in this hole..

Now, my hands and fingers... Poor fingers, always typing...

Then, my poor legs... Been walking such a  long way...

Wow! What a wonderful night! There are many more pictures that i took... 

However, I am too lazy to sensor certain parts.... It might not be acceptable by certain people.

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for backache

I had very severe backache since last week, for those of you guys who have the same experience you will know what the pain is like. I could always feel piercing pain in the lower part of my spine. Whenever i sit for more than 30 minutes, i felt like my spine is being pressured and i need something to sustain my whole back.
Arrgghh~ once in a while i can even feel that one of my legs is numb.

It was so super painful that i had to try to do some other things to distract myself, play FB, take pictures, etc..  But still.....OUCH!!!

Look at these disposable stainless steel needles of fine diameter (0.007 to 0.020 in (0.18 to 0.51 mm), it is not painful at all when it pierced through the skin. Guess how long is each of the needle? about 2 inches as Mr. Dr. said my fatty butt flesh is ticker. LOL!

I told him that my baby has been coughing for months, so he suggested to do moxibustion for her. So, i told daddy to send her here...



Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy using moxa, or mugwort herb.  Suppliers usually age the mugwort and grind it up to a fluff; practitioners burn the fluff or process it further into a stick that resembles a (non-smokable) cigar. They can use it indirectly, with acupuncture needles, or sometimes burn it on a patient's skin.

He is trying to use the heat to warm up Autumn's certain acupuncture points.
