Another Bachelor is married...

 Another wedding reception that i attended before Christmas...
Wei Tat and Jessica's wedding reception at Sarawak Club on 12th December 2010.
Yeah... Attending a wedding reception on my birthday, isn't it special?
(i'm not gonna mention my age here, hehe)

 Dinner time!! Jessica's family members must be surprised that wedding dinner in Kuching can start so early, at 7:30pm we could start eating..... Haha.. not like in KL, usually starts after 8:30pm, huh? hehe..

Christmas 2010 at Ristorante Beccari, Merdeka Palace Hotel and Suites

The previous  weekend we had Japanese Buffet at Riverside Majastic and then I suddenly had cravings for Italian food last weekend. So, i had to pause my diet program.
I missed Restaurant Beccari, the first time i went there was about 8 years ago with my hubby, and it was also during Christmas.

 This Italian restaurant at Merdeka Palace is a very cosy and romantic place for a nice date...

 Let's start our meal with the pasta corner for Autumn, that's her favourite...

Love the roasted Turkey , lamb and mushroom soup...

Yummy prawns, pizza, and my favourite potatoes...

  

 

I was so very tempted by those prawns with cheese, so even i have slight seafood allergy, i still ate them all.. haha! 

Desserts corner with many choices of cakes and desserts, tiramisu, fludge, etc just fill your stomach with those cheese and chocolates..


Fruits like papaya, honey dew, and dragon fruits are all our favourite as well...

 You may also want some ice-cream after meals

It's Boxing day, Sunday 2010.

Let's just forget about the fat and calories tonight, just eat...

Baby below 5 years old is free of charge, so 1 adult is about less than RM80 ...

Oh My God... My last post was in October, which was my 1 and only 1 post in that month...
Yeah, i had been very busy recently.

Just got back from Brunei, attended Lung & Grace's wedding in Miri last Friday., a very special wedding reception with mixture of both Chinese and Iban Tradition..

Ermm,so many weddings reception recently, My cousin also just got married the week before, and this is taken with my little Blacberry.. This is during the Tea ceremony cum Ang Pow session...

This is Benjamin's wedding reception at Ocean Seafood in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.... Another very special Cino-Kadazan/ Dusun Wedding...

Guess what, because of the flight problem on Thursday, i missed my bestie's wedding yesterday noon... *sob*sob* Aileen, i'm really sorry, i thought it was last night so i could go directly from Airport. If not i would have get a flight in Miri on Saturday... sorry again~ Anyway, she's indeed the prettiest Bride in Malay Traditional Costume...

Ok, that's all for the latest update. Will try to blog about all the nice and interesting places or food, and about these special weddings reception real soon.....

Yong & Phyllis's Wedding Reception

23rd October 2010. It was Yong and Phylis's big day last weekend..

Another pair of wonderful couple finally tied their knots together...

The wedding reception was held at The Ball Room of Hilton Hotel, i really like the set up and decorations. Phyllis & Yong had spent a lot of efforts and time in their preparation since they confirmed the date from the beginning of the year, it is indeed not easy. There are so many things to arrange, coordinate, prepare, especially when this involves 2 families and not only 2 people.

I love the speech from both Yong and his father gave that night, so humorous but very meaningful.
"Drinking is good, you will see double but feel single!" Uncle Goh said.

The night started with the cocktail party before the function started.
To me, it was like a MASSIVE GATHERING... As if everyone in Kuching was there at the Ballroom...
