Homemade Burger-Double Beef Egg Cheese

Went to Boulevard Hypermart with my nephew and Autumn...

Suddenly decided to make burgers..
So, we bought Beef and Chicken patties, cucumber, cheese, etc.

Use Planta- margarine to fry the patties....

Fry the eggs with the margarine as well
Add some seasoning, Maggie Seasoning tastes perfect for the patties and eggs...

Before the egg is fully cooked, put the patty on it so that they will stick together...

Then, fold it like this..

Heat the buns as well...

Get ready the cheese..

Lady's Choice Mayonnaise

Cut Cucumbers

Now, assemble the burger...

Then Cucumber with Mayonnaise

Put the patty, and then tomato sos..

Ready to be served!!

Fish Ball Tang Hun Soup and pork satay at Carpenter street

In the afternoon around 2pm, if you feel hungry....

The best place to go and search for foos is Carpenter street, just go to this place opposite the Chinese temple. Driving into Carpenter Street, the place is just on your left side, right opposite Alladdin Chicken Rice.

This is the "Lao Ya Geng" (Old Temple) that we always come.

The drink stall that i used to order only can drinks...

But today i ordered Teh C Special....

In the morning they normally start selling Laksa, Kolok mee, Bee Hoon Fish Ball, Yong tau Fu,Satay starts at 2pm while at night there will be kueh chap, and all those frying in the evenings till late at night.

Here comes my Fish ball Yong Taufu, Glass Noodles soup, and satay...

A little bit of this cost RM5, tourists' pricing...

Another ball with all the garnishing greens is definitely not mine....

Their Special Chilli paste...

Pork Satay at RM0.50 each stick

My favourite peanuts paste for the satay...

Yum Yum!!!

Argghhh... Im so hungry now... must go search for food now...

Kolok Mee at Hong hing Cafe Jalan Abell

Hubby always tells me that there is this shop at Jalan Abell opposite Air Asia, which sells the best Kolok Mee and Pork Soup. It is just across the road from Tun Jugah Tower. But, i never had a chance to try it together with him until recently when i am not working...

We met there for late breakfast after i sent my girl to school around 10am.

Here it is-Hong Hing Cafe, the kopitiam is located at Jalan Abell. It is at the same row of shop with Affin Bank, right opposite Air Asia and Yu Yan Shang shop. I drive passed this road every day many times...

This is the main stall-selling Kolok Mee, or Bee Hoon, Kueh Tiaw, with any type of pork soup.
They originally were from Green Road?

So, we ordered kolok mee with Red Sauce, Normall Kolok Mee, and Mixed soup.
The food was served pretty fast.

Here comes my soup! It is indeed very delicious! She boiled the soup with minced gingers, and added some Wine in it, the taste is just marvelous. There are Pork Ball, Liver, Blood Cake, Kidney, fish ball, fish maw, and veges in it. I want to eat this during confinement next time! LOL,,,,

Kidney..

Blood Cake
Fish maw
Liver

This is my bowl of kolok mee, with red sauce and no spring onions....

This is normal kolok mee for hubby, he has no taboos.
It was a very yummy brunch!
The best soup i had ever tasted. Better than "Cheng" at Carpenter street....
It is located at the city centre, along Jalan Abell, opposite Air Asia...
Go and have a try!.

Ginseng Soup with Rice in the Chicken

"Ginseng Soup with Rice in the Chicken"

When I heard that we were gonna eat Ginseng Soup, i was thinking "nothing special, coz when we were smaller sometimes mom cooked that soup and we didn't really like it"

But i was so shocked when i saw that shop was like full house...
and even more surprised when i got my own bowl of soup..... It was Fantastic!!
The Ginseng Soup was so super boiling hot!!

Finally i could see the chicken in the bowl!

The steam..... When i tried taking a closer shot of the soup

Now, this is a clear shot!

Here comes all our food...

Im having a whole chicken...

Look! There is rice inside the chicken!

Mini size Chicken

It is very very hot, so scoop the chicken and rice out to your plate and eat...

The Koreans love eating with Kimchi...

Wow! There is a Giant Ginseng inside my chicken...

Nom.. nom... nom..

Nice pose! It makes the soup very yummy!!

This Special bowl is for the bones

I drank the whole bowl of soup, except for the spring onions....

Still Super Full House...

There are still many people waiting for their turn to come in

Each bowl of the Ginseng Chicken soup is 12,000 Won, worth it!
